Live Call Demos
Live call demos. Real calls, real screens — watch and listen as a plan is worked from start to finish, every click included. These are the Phase 6 mock-call skills running at full speed. Watch a demo before your next mock call and score it against the rubric as you go.
Carrier Training
Carrier training guides. Official training decks and product guides straight from the carriers — appointment requirements, plan details, and certification prep. These are the carrier’s own materials: read the one for each carrier you’re getting appointed with, and keep them handy as reference. Click a carrier to expand its market guides. Reminder: completing a carrier’s training is part of getting appointed — you cannot market or sell until that carrier confirms you are Ready to Sell.
Contracting videos & information. Everything you need to get contracted and appointed — the agreement, the DocuSign onboarding, carrier priority, releases, and what “Ready to Sell” means. Catch up here at your own pace; no quiz required. Remember: you cannot market or sell a carrier until it confirms you are Ready to Sell.
🎓 AHIP Certification — 2027
The industry-wide Medicare certification every carrier requires before their product certs. Buy and complete it through the link below — your $50 discount is applied automatically at checkout. No promo code needed.
Start AHIP — $50 off →
1Buy & complete it
Register through the button above — it’s the Integrity-branded enrollment link from Premier Marketing, and the $50 discount applies automatically.
2Then TRANSMIT it
AHIP does not send itself to carriers. After you pass, log into AHIP, scroll to your carrier list, and transmit to each one. Stuck at ~80% on a carrier cert? This is why.
3Upload your certificate
Drop your AHIP certificate into Step 4 of the Intake Form above so contracting has it on file.
AHIP unlocks your carrier product certifications — knock it out early, well before each carrier’s deadline. Questions on AHIP or registration: the group text first, or Premier Marketing’s Agent Success Manager (Ashley McManaman — ashley.mcmanaman@premiersmi.com · 800-365-8208 ext. 338).

Systems & scripts. The platforms you’ll work in every day — step-by-step walkthroughs of the tools, screens, and workflows — plus the scripts you run on every call. Watch the trainings before your first day in each system, and keep the script open every time you dial.
📞 All Calls — Inbound Live Leads
The inbound call platform: real clients calling in every day — Medicare AND Final Expense (FEX) — with peak hours 7 AM–11 PM EST, Monday–Friday, plus weekend availability to fit your schedule. You flip your status to Active, configure your call types, and take live calls.
1Qualifying timer
You’re not charged for a call until the qualifying timer runs. Giving a quote before the timer ends is strictly forbidden — no exceptions.
2Respect Active status
Active and miss a call = $5 missed-call fee. Excessive hangups = longer wait times and cooldown periods. Go Active only when you’re truly ready to answer.
3Invite-only
Access is by invitation. Request yours below now, so you’re set up and ready to take calls the moment you’re Ready to Sell.
Fill in all four fields (valid email) and try again.
Your request goes straight to leadership. You’ll get your platform invite by email once it’s processed.
Sales & commissions FAQ. Answers to the questions that come up once you’re actually selling — processes, carrier quirks, and how the money works. More categories get added as questions come up; if yours isn’t here, ask in the group text.
🔁 Agent of Record (AOR) Changes
An AOR change moves an existing client’s plan under you as the servicing agent — no new enrollment, the client keeps the exact plan they have. It works on Medicare Advantage and Med Supp plans alike; whether it’s possible depends entirely on the carrier and whether they’re currently accepting them. How it pays: AOR changes pay at the renewal commission rate, not new-business comp — you’re taking over servicing, not writing a new plan.
▶✅ Carriers that ACCEPT AOR changes
Aetna — member-initiated: the client calls Member Services or sends a signed letter. Takes effect the 1st of the following month.

Devoted — accepts AOR changes.

Humana — accepts AOR changes (confirmed in the field, Oct 2026).

Researched — verify with your upline before promising a client:
Elevance/Anthem — wet-signed member letter (name, policy number, new agent info).
Wellcare — handwritten member letter with reason, faxed in.
▶❌ Carriers that do NOT accept AOR changes
UnitedHealthcare (UHC) — no individual AOR process. The only way to become the agent is to rewrite the client into a different plan — and only if that plan genuinely serves them better. Never flip a plan just to capture the commission.

Researched — verify:
Cigna / HealthSpring — reported as not accepting AOR changes unless a benefit/policy change occurs.
▶❓ No published policy — ask first
These carriers don’t publish an AOR policy anywhere. Ask leadership or carrier broker support before promising a client anything:

Alignment · Blue Care Plus (BCBST) · Community Health Choice · KelseyCare Advantage · MCP · Verda
Golden rules: the member initiates most AOR changes, not you — coach them on what to say, then let them make the call. And the number on the back of the client’s ID card always wins over any list below.
☎️ Member Services Numbers — Who the Client Calls
The client calls Member Services (not agent support) to request the agent change. MA and Med Supp run on different lines at some carriers. Researched from carrier sites Oct 2026 — numbers change, so the ID card wins.

📞 AOR Change Instructions — Aetna & Devoted
Both carriers run the same flow: the member submits a short request naming you as their agent of record. Fill in your name and NPN, hand the template to the client, done. Plug and play.
1Fill in the blanks
Your full name and NPN go in the agent fields; the client fills in their own info (name, address with county, member ID, plan name).
2Client submits it
Aetna: letter or email to brokersupport@aetna.com.
Devoted: same request through Member Services — 1-800-338-6833 (1-800-DEVOTED) — or in writing.
3It must come from the member
You cannot submit it for them. Coach them, pre-fill the template, then let the client send it or make the call. Pays at renewal comp once processed.

On a call, the client reads the same thing out loud: “I’d like to change my agent of record to [your name], NPN [your NPN].” Member Services takes it from there.
💵 2027 Medicare Advantage Commissions — Confirmed with the Government
These are the confirmed commission maximums published by CMS (the federal government) for 2026 and 2027 — per member, per calendar year. They are fair-market-value maximums: carrier schedules, plan commissionability, and your agreement determine your actual payout.
Member geography 2026 Initial 2026 Renewal 2027 Initial 2027 Renewal
National — all other states (incl. TX, TN, FL, AZ)$694$347$725$363
Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C.$781$391$816$408
California, New Jersey$864$432$902$451
Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands$474$237$495$248
Initial vs. renewal — know which one you’re getting
Initial = first enrollment in the plan type (e.g. Original Medicare → MA). Renewal = continuing enrollment, a like-plan change, or moving an existing MA member to another carrier. A client being new to YOU does not reset the cycle — that’s why AOR changes and carrier switches pay the renewal rate. The carrier confirms the classification.
Other 2027 amounts
Stand-alone PDP: $130 initial / $65 renewal · Max MA referral fee: $100 · Max PDP referral fee: $25. An MAPD pays ONE MA commission — no separate Part D commission on top.
Effective year & chargebacks
An AEP application effective 1/1/2027 pays on the 2027 schedule. Renewals prorate by month. A plan change in the first 3 months generally triggers full chargeback; later disenrollments charge back the unenrolled months. Write it right the first time.
Source: CMS 2026 & 2027 compensation memos and 42 CFR § 422.2274, verified October 20, 2026. Gross maximums — before taxes, agency splits, and chargebacks; LOA wages and overrides run on separate agreements.
You never sell alone. Stuck on a case, unsure about a product, or staring down a close you’re not ready for — that’s what leadership is for. Two ways to get help, both bookable right here. Five minutes of being stuck is a booking, not an hour of guessing.
Option 1 · Ask questions
❓ 1-on-1 — Case & Product Questions
Book time with Cole to talk through a case or a product — plan fit, eligibility, enrollment periods, carrier quirks, how to structure a recommendation. Bring the details; leave with the answer.
Option 2 · Close together
🤝 Manager On Your Sale
Book a manager onto a live client call — either they run the close with you, or they sit in while you close and coach you live, making sure it’s done right. This is how you learn to close: reps with a pro on the line. Pick whichever manager’s calendar fits your client’s timeline.
💰 Add to the end of your life sales!
Every life close is a Medicare appointment waiting to happen. Say this before you hang up — pick the version that fits where you are.
Say this — when YOU can run the Medicare appointment
“Now Mrs. Jones, we buttoned you up and got you taken care of on the life side of things. It is recommended that we take a look at your Medicare and make sure you are not missing out on any of the new benefits that are coming out this enrollment period — like Part B give backs, extra dental, vision, hearing, gym memberships, and even grocery cards or over-the-counter benefits. What day would work best for us to set up a time to go over those?”
Say this — not ready to close Medicare on your own yet
What is the best day to get you connected with our Medicare expert, Cole Davis / Derek Haring?”
Name whichever manager you’re booking them with — then use that manager’s button below.
Used the second version? Lock the day while they’re still on the phone, then book them straight onto Cole’s calendar with the button above. A “we’ll figure out a time later” is a lost appointment.
